Morris Paul “Skinny” Klehr, 90; beloved husband and best friend for 63 years of Edith nee Savitt; loving father of Gary (Sarah Kass), Alan (Winsoar), Cheryl (Abraham Trieger) and Nancy (Jonathan Eager); proud “Grandpa Skin” of Julian, Nina, Willie, Lena , Laura and Daniel; devoted son of the late Samuel and Bessie; dear brother of the late Sadie (the late Walter), Joseph (the late Dorothy), Irving (the late Alice) and Harold (the late Helen); adoring uncle and cousin of many. Veteran navigator of WWII. He was a true friend to many and will be remembered for his generosity, colorful stories and love of life. Chapel service Sunday, 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
